Welch & Wandsworth delivered a full front façade remodel, showcasing structural innovation and contemporary design. The project included demolition of the existing porch, roof, façade, and landscaping, followed by a complete reframe supported by a 60-foot single-span steel beam—eliminating all post supports for a clean, modern frontage.

Key features include a new roof prepared for solar integration, a standing seam metal porch roof, and premium composite sidings. The design highlights custom rift oak bi-fold garage doors paired with a matching 8’ x 6’ pivot entry door, new energy-efficient windows, and bi-fold living room doors opening to the front. Finishing touches include fresh stucco façades, new guttering, a custom oak perimeter fence, upgraded landscaping with a bespoke fountain feature, and architectural entrance lighting—creating a striking, cohesive curb appeal.
